  1. What are your store hours?

We are open 9am-5pm on weekdays and Saturdays by appointment only.

 

  1. Do you have to have an appointment?

Appointments are encouraged, but not required. If you are looking to discuss bridal options, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment so you can get the full swag bridal experience. You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at (205) 722-2649, contacting a sales representative directly, or reaching out through our online contact form. 

Please understand that there might be a wait for walk-ins requesting meetings.

 

  1. I want to schedule a meeting. How do I do that?

  1. Do you have a minimum for t-shirts?

Yes, the order minimum for t-shirts is 12 shirts.

 

  1. What apparel brands can I purchase from Swag?

We work a variety of vendors and have a huge selection of brands. Our apparel brands include Charles River Apparel, Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, Alternative Apparel, and Next Level Apparel.

 

  1. I’d like a quote. Who can I contact?

All quotes are handled by our sales representatives. You can request one directly from a sales representative or contact us through our website.

 We do not quote over the phone, but are always happy to take down a message for you and pass it on to the appropriate sales representative.

 

  1. What is the turnaround rate?

Once your art proof has been approved, the turnaround time is 10 business days. When your order is ready, you’ll receive a call or email from a swag representative.

 

  1. When is payment due?

Payment is due at pick-up or delivery unless arranged otherwise with your sales representative.

 

  1. What forms of payment are accepted?

 Swag takes cash, credit card, debit card, and checks. We do not accept Venmo.

 

  1. Are there any additional fees I’d have to pay on my order?

For orders that need a faster turnaround time then 10 days, there is an additional rush fee.

 

  1. I can’t remember my sales representative’s information. How do I find it?
